4. Choice of biodiversity project

Each subscription amounts, in principle, to €1,000 exclusive of VAT per project and per project year, unless expressly stated otherwise for the project concerned.

The Partner wishes to subscribe to the following projects:

5. Initial term

The Partner selects the following initial term:

6. Commencement of the project term

The Partner expressly acknowledges that the term:

• does not commence on the date of signature;

• does not commence on the date of invoicing;

• does not commence on the date of payment;

• but commences solely on the date on which KURBI confirms in writing that the project concerned has actually started.

That date constitutes the “Project Start”.

Each project year runs for twelve consecutive months from the Project Start.

Where several projects are subscribed to, each project may have a different Project Start and, consequently, a different end date.

KURBI shall communicate the Project Start of each project separately.

7. Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• the contribution is invoiced annually in advance;

• the payment term is fourteen calendar days from the invoice date;

• payment before the Project Start does not affect the commencement of the Project Period.

For the remaining payment arrangements, reference is made to the General Terms and Conditions for Biodiversity Partners.

8. Tacit renewal

Upon expiry of the selected initial term, the agreement shall be automatically renewed each time for an additional period of one (1) project year, unless either party terminates the agreement in writing at the latest one month before the end date.

Each renewal shall be subject to the prices and general terms and conditions in force at that time.

9. Applicability of the general terms and conditions

This subscription is subject in full to KURBI's General Terms and Conditions for Biodiversity Partners. These may be consulted on Kurbi's website.

By signing, the Partner confirms:

• having received the general terms and conditions prior to signature;

• having taken note of them;

• and accepting them without reservation.

In the event of any contradiction between this form and the general terms and conditions, the provisions of this form shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Representations of the Partner

The Partner represents that it:

• is acting solely within the context of its trade, business or profession;

• is authorised to validly bind the company;

• has taken note of the project description;

• has taken note of the privacy statement;

• has taken note of the General Terms and Conditions for Biodiversity Partners;

• understands that the agreement is only formed upon written acceptance by KURBI;

• understands that the Project Period only commences from the Project Start confirmed by KURBI;

• understands that certain projects can only start once a minimum number of subscriptions has been reached;

• understands that some projects have limited availability.

11. Optional consent to communication
